What will it cost me - What do I get for my investment?

The full price for a Noble May Licence for the Commonwealth Of Australia is as currently advertised

Where can I operate?

There are no exclusive territories - we cannot put a restriction on where a person wants to work.

We can however guarantee the maximum number of licensees we will appoint in a location such as Sydney or Albury where we can geographically define the area.

What are the Overheads?

Licensees can easily operate from home or a serviced office – we did for many years.

In the past 4 years we have never had a client come to our offices - we always go to visit them.

When running a 'Product Showcase' where we have invited all of the companies in a specific area to come along to preview the products, we hold the Showcase at a local hotel in a conference room.

The main overheads Licensees have experienced are: Advertising, Phone, Car, Answering service, Mailing & Postage and Insurance.

The client typically pays all travel, accommodation and venues for training.

Where do I get new business?

Our internet expertise is focused on generating business leads

We will create a number of websites all of which will be on Page 1 Google for the searches we deem best for our products, as example we would have a site which opened on Page 1 for searches to say Sales Training Townsville & Business Coaching Townsville for our licensee in Townsville along with many other similar results for searches to our product range.

From our experience: The prospect list of potential businesses looking to generate business from the Net is in the Millions here in Australia alone.

We don’t think we have had a NO over the past year when we have asked any business ‘Do you want to generate New Business form the Internet?

Or: “Do you think that the majority of those looking for your products now use the Net to look for them ?"

What follows is an insight few have realised:

The Internet is the worst thing ever to happen to the average Australian business !

Why? Because it has destroyed the traditional forms of advertising which WORKED for decades such as Yellow Pages , Newspaper Ads, Print Media in magazines etc.

15 years ago we Gladly paid Yellow Pages 10’s of $1000’s a year for our ¼ page ads because they worked. They generated many hundreds of quality leads per year as they were the major source of search and if you had a big ad up front you were assured of generating business.

The Net has virtually destroyed that and yet HAS NOT provided an alternative in its current form

Consider this. Look for a dentist in Balmain on the net – over 80,000 results! And most of page 1 is filled with irrelevant directories where you have to enter and start searching again

This is where our unique expertise advantage is just wonderful to present to a potential client.

We can say to a dentist in Balmain "When someone looks for a dentist in Balmain AND for any of your services such as Cosmetic, caps, crowns, whitening etc etc we will GUARANTEE your site will be on Page 1 Google"

So easy to sell.

Our experience is that a large percentage of clients come from referrals.

When we sell any of our products / programs or at the completion of a seminar - we simply ask for referrals

We have also found that once you have a client in any industry it is relatively easy to get to see others in the same industry.

The Colour Code and Art Of War are very good door openers; most trainers are actively looking for something different for their seminars.

We all know people who work for companies / organisations - let them know what you do

There are still tens of thousands of prospects in the Yellow Pages ( perhaps not getting results as they used to) – often all it takes is a phone call, a PDF email or a brochure in the mail to turn them into a prospect and client

Conference organisers are a good source of referrals - doing a joint venture with them.

Many Hotels or Conference Venues see the value in letting their clients know that they have the contacts (You) to theme their conference / event.

Having a booth at trade shows and such is a great source of leads.

There are many prospects in hundreds of industries, government bodies, associations, clubs etc. Wherever people get together for training, conventions, teambuilding, special events etc.

We have run "Showcases" where we put the programs on display in a small conference room at a hotel and then invite companies from the area to come by and review the training.. our experience with this type of promotion has been very good.

We have dozens of ways of generating leads - to many to list here.

What training and ongoing help will I get?

You will receive training in how to prospect, sell and coach the Noble May Products

Thereafter, we will hold training meetings to introduce new marketing strategies etc and improve skill levels.

You can attend seminars that we are running for our clients and those that other Licensees run.(Providing the client and Licensee agrees)

Our program is based on the Licensees being successful; we will help you and do whatever we can to make it so

How long till I make Money?

Here is where you can (possibly) make a big mistake.

If you go after big companies they often take months before they do training, you will get a deposit but cash flow can dry up waiting for the training to commence.

However there are no hard and fast rules, We have had many large companies see us one week and organise the training for the next week.

Our experience is that small and medium companies usually want the training now! - they see the value for their people - and want to get on with it.

There are thousands of small & medium companies who seldom if ever get called on by training organisations because they all chase the big multinationals.

This is why we developed the 108 module Skills & Habits program.

Clients with say 1 – 20 staff make quick decisions.

Balance your activities, don’t focus on the big clients unless you have plenty of cash resources to carry you along till they purchase.

What size is the potential market for the products?

We have no idea how many prospects there are for our programs in Australia – at a guess there would have to be hundreds of thousands of small medium and large organisations… think of the number of plumbers, builders, hardware stores, accountants etc who would benefit from the Skills & Habits 108 module program. The there are tens of thousands of Medium businesses.

The bottom line is there are most likely enough to last a lifetime.

What happens in reality is that you can end up with a client base of companies where you can’t physically fit more in, I (George May) had 6 that kept me flat out when I was focusing on coaching and training for most of my activity.

In the last 10 years I personally sold one or more of our products to at least 95% of all those companies where I have presented.

Remember however – most were referrals.

Referral selling starts the moment you ask people who they know - everyone knows people who work for companies / associations.

As soon as you sell your first product or do coaching where you have people who will give you referrals (I had to stop asking for them as I couldn't keep up with the volume)

All of our products have high client after sale “glad we bought it” comment.

I’ve never had the slightest problem writing business from referrals.

Clients have described the Language Of Selling in writing saying such things as: "Wonderful" "Great!" "Amazing" "The best thing ever to hit our network" "It doubled our sales in 60 days" and lots more.

I doubt if any other training program has as many references on the RESULTS achieved, as does this program.

Same with the Art Of War, clients saying things like "I’ve attended 50 seminars this is the best ever"I have run the program for 40 managers all saying "The best seminar ever" "Highly recommend" etc.

And the Skills & Habits concept of customising a book is so different and highly regarded it is very exciting to have something that no one else can offer

Everyone is looking for training programs that will work and last!

Will the clients pay well - Is the product good value for money?

We have never had a problem with what we charge – we make sure we are great value for money.

Where else can you buy 108 modules of proven techniques for under $5000 as with Skills & Habits?

Companies can often pay around $5000 + just for a "Key note speaker" over lunch.

Investing say $8000 for The Art Of War training seminar with all of the information provided for around 40 - 50 people represents very good value.

Same with The Language Of Selling, when the clients see what this form of training can do, averaging around $450 - $1,200 per participant has not been difficult. (We were charging double that in the USA).

With The Language Of Selling pricing has a lot to do with the research carried out and what is done before the conference.

Remember that we customise to an industry. eg: The Focused Language Of Highly Effective Real Estate Selling or

Influencing With Integrity in Pharmaceutical Selling etc.

This makes it very attractive to the client as the training is customised for them.

Same with the “Book” customising It is outstanding value for money. Where else can a company get a 22 module customised training program for say $40 to $60 per participant? (Providing they have a large team) Unheard of in our field.

Imagine trying to get one of our competitors (say a US based training company selling ‘of the shelf’ training) to customise and change their program to suit an Aussie' company - it just doesn't happen.

How long will the market potential last?

Our Internet business alone will keep any Licensee working flat out for as long as the Internet lasts.

We will keep evolving and creating new and different programs.

We have such a huge store of materials that Noble May will be the sharp end of the stick for a long time.

Most of our competitors are not even in the same World as us, still teaching ineffective out-dated techniques or (in our opinion) worthless motivational "Hype" that is a rehash of the same old same old.

How good are the products?

From a financial point of view - there has been over $1M invested in developing the products.

We see our products as being our main strength.

Sales training is the only aspect of modern business that has virtually stood still for 40 years.

We believe that the sales techniques that were taught in the 60's & 70's are still being rehashed and taught today - while the experienced people who teach trainees these out-dated skills in the office seldom, if ever, use them in the field!

We have developed a new way of teaching effective selling methodologies to new or experienced salespeople. The Language Of Selling / Influencing With Integrity.

The best way to ascertain if we are correct is to look to past track record and results.

  1. We have a closing ratio of presentations to sales of over 95%
  2. We know of no other Australian sales training company that has our record of success in Australia and the USA - with the positive letters of reference on results that we do.
  3. Our training products have been purchased from two person brokers to many of the World’s largest company's in all sorts of fields such as:

Pharmaceutical, Airlines, Hotels/Hospitality, Insurance, Advertising, Direct selling, Multi-level marketing, Automotive, Real Estate, Telemarketing, Universities, Media, Home improvement, Manufacturing, Government, Financial Services and others.

Writing The Language Of Selling took 18 months in virtual solitude for the first completed manual and then three years teaching here and in the USA getting it to the final stage it is now.

We spent six solid months working virtually every day to get The Art Of War finished and six months thereafter fine tuning it.

The 108 module Skills & Habits program has taken us over 3 years to finalise.

Ask any of our clients how good they are.

Am I making a difference - doing something worthwhile?

When we wrote The Language Of Selling we wanted to change the World

To change forever from the outdated American techniques that are the base of almost all sales training which has not changed in 30 - 40 years (There are some great programs from the US - but not in our experience in sales training)

The Language Of Selling does that. Makes other sales training programs look like they are out of the Ark.

The Art Of War is a great tool to help people understand themself and others.

Very effective as a relationship seminar for Team Building.

Skills & Habits is the only training program we know of that focuses on developing how to live in harmony with your highest worthy values, teaching strong sales culture - and then using this as a foundation for success in selling.

Our programs teach salespeople non-manipulative methodology for Influencing with Integrity and can help people in all aspects of relationships and life.

Yes! This is a good thing to do.

Are the directors honest, financial and capable?

This is a little personal information from The Managing Director - Mr George N. May

"I have never been bankrupt or in any way insolvent or charged with any sort of crime.

I have been successful in every business I have owned in Australia and the USA since I was 28 . Always selling the business or trading stock at a substantial profit.

Prior to commencing my first business, I had a very enjoyable career in sales & management with Xerox and Nashua.

I have never been in the 'Red' in any business I have owned - or had an overdraft.

I have never borrowed money in any form - always being able to pay cash for any purchase including homes and high cost machinery in a previous business.

I have good personal habits - Never had an alcoholic drink, smoked, taken any form of illegal drug or gambled apart from Anzac day.

I started selling at 16 and owned by own business at 28. I have over 30 years’ experience from substantial business I have owned in Australia and the USA in Manufacturing, Direct selling, The building industry, Franchising and Training.

One of my businesses - I invented and patented the concrete landscape-edging machine the 'Zippykerb' in 1983 - there are now over 2000 sold worldwide.

Noble May has no dept, never has, and has substantial financial backing"

You will benefit from the following:

The use of our name, logo and letters of referral, training manuals

Ongoing training and support. Integrated advertising and promotions

A compact business with low overheads. Minimal investment in stock.

A flexibility of working hours. Quality products.

A proven track record to refer to and build upon. High profit margins to sales.

Some Important Questions To Consider.

How much working capital am I going to need?

A reserve of $5000 should be a minimum. This will vary depending on your circumstances. While business can be gained quickly - it may not be so for everyone.

What will my overheads be?

The business can be successfully run from home or a serviced office. The only overhead we can see that relates to the business are: Advertising, mailing, telephone, Internet access, insurances. You will need to work out your overheads relative to vehicle running cost etc.

How can I be sure I won’t lose my money?

Ultimately success or failure is up to you.

We provide you with enough materials so that you recoup all of your investment to us in your first sales

We also give a 100% money back guarantee as outlined in our licence agreement

You should do investigation for yourself of earning potential in this industry, don’t take our claims as "Gospel" - they are our experience and thoughts.

The profit margins can be very good in training, and sales can be for substantial amounts.

I got this tip from a book on Winston Churchill. It’s his formula on making a decision...

"Work out the worst thing that could happen. If you can live with it - then go ahead."

In the worst scenario: If you decided for whatever reason the business was not for you - you can resell the Licence.

What sort of training will I get?

That's what we do and enjoy. You will receive one on one, group, field and telephone coaching.

Apart from the initial training we will hold training to improve skills in all aspects of the business.

You will be taught sales skills that few will ever aspire to.

What is important when considering any new business?

These following points are what we believe makes or breaks a business - Both financially and from the enjoyment factor.

  1. Low overheads - Businesses usually fail for one reason. They spend more than they earn!
  2. No debtors who take forever to pay or bad debts
  3. Are there lots of potential buyers?
  4. High profit margins?
  5. Minimal effort to produce income.
  6. Minimum staff.
  7. Versatile working hours.
  8. High dollar volume in orders / sales.
  9. A professional working environment
  10. Minimal paperwork.
  11. Enjoyable and challenging.
  12. A sense of doing something worthwhile that helps others.
  13. A business where you can go to the market and not be stuck in a 'location'
  14. No manufacturing or mess.
  15. Dealing with corporate - where they have a budget to spend and don't look at the investment as being "Their own" money.
  16. When times are good or bad will the clients still spend?
  17. Where referrals count for a major share of business?
  18. Where there is repeat business from clients
  19. An exclusive product protected by patent or copyright
  20. No prerequisites on education or experience.
  21. No high capital investment.
  22. Potential for personal growth.
  23. Working with a group of like-minded capable people
  24. An open market where you are not restricted to a small territory.
  25. Having experienced people to go to for advice.
  26. Having leading edge products that keep evolving and new materials being developed

We believe that the Noble May opportunity has a 90 - 100% "Yes" response to each of the above.

Being in business is tough enough without being in any business or industry that answers 'No' to any of the above.

So often, people "Sell themself" and get motivated on buying a business without applying basic principles.

  1. Has the product a past record of success?
  2. Will people buy and pay well?
  3. Is there plenty of business?
  4. Can opposition cause me major damage?
  5. How long will the industry last?
  6. Can I do it?
  7. Do I have to keep pouring money in before I make a profit?

Our experience is that with the Internet & the training industry, when you have proven products - is a stable and profitable business with a long term future.

We would be pleased to spend whatever time it takes to talk and provide you with information.

This is our favourite quote when we consider change.

"In times of change, the learners shall inherit the Earth While the learned find themselves wonderfully equipped To compete in a World that no longer exists"

We provide sales contacts

To ensure the new Licensee gets assistance in generating business we have a number of ways of generating new business… for confidentiality, we won’t outline most of them here.

These are 2:

  1. We have a telemarketing and mail area where our people call prospective clients and mail brochures, PDF files, sample books and such – these leads are passed on to our Licensees
  2. We also provide Licensees with what we believe to be the most comprehensive prospect list available. Tens of thousands of companies with all relevant information such as who to contact, phone numbers, email, name and title of all senior management etc.

The Licensee is given a password to an Internet site that contains this list

The licensee can select a postcode in their area - every company in that postcode is shown - By then clicking on any one of them, all of the relevant information on that company is shown.
